Federal report says pilots weren't warned about wind before Amazon cargo plane crashed in Miami
An Amazon Air cargo plane crash-landed in Miami last month, touching down far down the runway and then careening off it. The pilot didn't attempt to abort the landing until there were only a few hundred feet of runway remaining. Investigators from the National Transportation Safety Board are examining what happened.
