An Amazon cargo plane landed too fast at Miami International Airport and ran off the runway, hitting a van and killing five people on the ground. One of the pilots warned repeatedly during the approach and landing that the plane was going too fast. Federal investigators recovered the flight data and cockpit voice recordings and are examining what happened, including whether the plane touched down too late to stop safely.
