Oregon father who killed school shooter says he regrets there were children he didn't save
A shooting occurred on October 15 at Silver Rail Elementary School in Oregon. A father named Kaylub Giamanco, whose two daughters attend the school, killed the shooter. Giamanco has said he acted as a "last line of defense" but expressed regret that he was unable to arrive in time to prevent all of the deaths.
