Connecticut Emergency Operations Center partially activated as officials monitor nor'easter

Connecticut Gov. Ned Lamont ordered the activation of the Connecticut Emergency Operations Center (EOC) on Friday ahead of the forecasted nor’easter expected to bring heavy rain and strong winds across the state. The EOC will begin monitoring at 10 p.m.
