Woman allegedly stole $1.7K from couple seeking help with U.S. citizenship
A woman living in Indianapolis has been criminally charged after allegedly stealing nearly $2,000 from a couple who needed help navigating U.S. citizenship. Stefania Flores, 32, was charged last week with two counts of felony theft and two counts of felony fraud.
