A Venezuelan man was shot by ICE in Austin while doing deliveries. Here’s what we know

A U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement officer shot and wounded a Venezuelan man in Austin, Texas on Sunday while he was doing deliveries. The man was hospitalized, but still had a bullet lodged in his back when he was transferred to a federal detention center. A federal judge has now blocked his deportation and ordered him to appear at a court hearing on September 30.
