VIP Smoke Shop owners plead guilty to felony drug charges
The co-owners of nearly one hundred VIP Smoke Shops across Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky pleaded guilty to felony drug trafficking and organized crime charges. This was announced by Attorney General Andy Wilson on Tuesday.
