US not 'stealing Venezuelan oil,' energy secretary insists

US Energy Secretary Chris Wright on Wednesday dismissed claims that Washington was "stealing Venezuelan oil" after the South American nation granted its northern neighbor access to a huge chunk of its natural resources.
