UEFA preparing criminal complaint against FIFA leader Gianni Infantino

FIFA President Gianni Infantino proposed a plan to sell future World Cup profits to private investors. UEFA, which is a separate soccer organization, disagreed with this plan and is now filing a criminal complaint in Swiss courts, saying Infantino may have mismanaged finances.
