Tropical Storm Cristobal forms in the Atlantic Ocean, but won't last long

A tropical storm called Cristobal formed in the Atlantic Ocean. El Niño weather patterns had been suppressing storm activity in the region, but forecasters are monitoring whether this and other developing systems will become hurricanes.
