Teen substance use in Indiana falls to lowest numbers in a decade

Substance use among Indiana kids has hit a decade low, according to a new survey from the IU School of Public Health-Bloomington. The survey included responses from roughly 55,000 students in 6th-12th grades across 180 schools statewide.
