TECO files state plan to protect power customers from data centers
Tampa Electric Company submitted its plan on Wednesday to make sure customers rates don't rise if a data center shows up in their area. On Capitol Hill, the US Senate blocked a bill on the same day that would have created a national law doing the same thing.
