Two arrested in another state after off-duty detective Bronx stabbing: NYPD
An off-duty NYPD detective was stabbed multiple times during what appeared to be a robbery attempt in the Bronx and was hospitalized but later released. Two suspects wanted in connection with the stabbing are both illegal immigrants from the Dominican Republic, according to Department of Homeland Security sources. The suspects were arrested in Massachusetts after being found hiding in a basement.
