Stranger jumps in to save dog from burning van on Skid Row
A four-year-old pit bull nearly died after a person threw a flammable object into a van being used as a home on Skid Row early Thursday morning. Rosie was chained to the van when it caught fire, according to her owner, Clara Catron.
