Storm creates huge waves, dangerous currents at southern California beaches

Hurricane Marie, located far out in the Pacific Ocean, created dangerous conditions at southern California beaches over the Labor Day weekend. Strong ocean currents and large waves posed risks to swimmers and surfers in the affected areas.
