Southern California therapist sentenced for secretly recording girls in bathroom
A Southern California therapist was sentenced to nearly 17 years in prison for installing hidden bathroom cameras to record young girls and women. Joseph Toews, 31, of Manhattan Beach, has been in federal custody since April 14, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.
