Solano County Board delays vote on California Forever shipyard
(FOX40.COM) — A portion of the proposed California Forever project in Solano County was dealt a setback Tuesday night. The Solano County Board of Supervisors decided to delay a vote on the Solano Maritime and Manufacturing Act.
