Santa Barbara County Supervisors Adopt Temporary Moratorium on New Gun Retailers

The Santa Barbara County Board of Supervisors on Tuesday adopted a 45-day moratorium on new gun retailers as it investigates modifying county ordinances to restrict gun sales near schools and other public spaces. The moratorium was approved in a 4-1 vote.
