San Jose man accused of murders after 2 people found dead
A San Jose man was booked into jail over the weekend after he flagged down a police officer to tell them that he had killed two people, according to authorities. Marcelino Castro, 28, approached a San Jose Police Department officer at 5:14 p.m.
