Qatar pledges a lifeline for Lebanon’s economy, power grid and reconstruction in the south

Qatar has offered to provide financial and practical support to Lebanon to help stabilize its economy and infrastructure. The assistance will include help with Lebanon's electricity sector, which is currently in poor condition, and support for rebuilding Lebanon's southern region. Qatar's prime minister announced these pledges on Friday.
