Flood waters rise in a matter of minutes
The Beulah Fire Protection and Ambulance District is warning residents of flash flooding as heavy rain starts to hit the area of the "Aspen Acres" fire burn scar. As of 6:15 p.m., officials say the road closure in the area was at Highway 78 and Ula Trail.
