Police release identity of 12‑year‑old boy killed outside Bronx deli

Police have identified the 12‑year‑old boy fatally shot outside a Bronx bodega on Saturday. Jacob Freytes, 12, a Bronx resident, was one of three people shot in front of 104 Elliot Place, officials said.
