Officials: Fire that killed hockey reporter Jessi Pierce, 3 children was an accident
A fire in early March killed hockey reporter Jessi Pierce and three children. State Fire Marshal Dan Krier determined the fire was caused by overheating electrical equipment in an office. Officials have concluded the fire was an accident.
