Gun manufacturer slaps Connecticut with suit over gun ban
Connecticut has banned certain Glock-style handguns. Glock and the National Shooting Sports Foundation, a gun industry group, say this ban is improper and have filed separate lawsuits to challenge it. The lawsuits argue that semiautomatic firearms had not previously been banned solely because of their ability to be converted into fully automatic weapons.
