Now-former Darlington County corrections officer accused of smuggling home-cooked meals into jail
A now-former Darlington County correctional officer has been arrested after allegedly sneaking home-cooked meals to inmates, Sheriff Michael August's office said Thursday. Matrese Grant has been charged with misconduct in office and furnishing contraband.
