NJ state offices to have delayed opening Monday due to nor'easter: Governor
All New Jersey state offices will have a two-hour delayed opening on Monday, Sept. 28, due to the weekend nor’easter, Gov. Mikie Sherrill announced Sunday. The offices impacted include the Motor Vehicle Commission, officials said.
