Judge delays Trump’s hush money sentencing until at least September after high court immunity ruling

Hours after the Supreme Court's July 2024 ruling on presidential immunity, Donald Trump's lawyers asked the New York judge in his hush money case to set aside his conviction and delay his sentencing. Prosecutors did not oppose a delay, and the judge pushed sentencing to at least September.
