New York adds protections for doctors who send abortion pills out of state
New York Gov. Kathy Hochul signed a law in February 2025 letting doctors who prescribe abortion pills keep their names off the labels, days after a New York physician was indicted in Louisiana for prescribing the drugs to a girl there.
