New Mexico AG sues for return of teen forced to cross border by foster care staff

A teenager in foster care was moved across the U.S. border by staff from New Mexico's child welfare agency. The state's attorney general is now suing to bring the teen back and to stop the agency from removing children from the country without court permission.
