Naalehu cemetery recovery continues after Lala flooding
Hurricane Lala caused severe flooding in the Kau District on Hawaii's Big Island in August, damaging the Naalehu Cemetery and displacing around 175 burial plots. The flooding left debris scattered through the cemetery grounds. Recovery efforts are currently underway to restore the cemetery.
