More than 16,000 HECO customers still without power

Hurricane Lala damaged Hawaii's electrical grid, leaving tens of thousands of Hawaiian Electric customers without power, mostly on Hawaii Island. Crews have been working to repair the damage, though progress has been gradual and thousands remain without service.
