Missouri to receive up to $150 million in $17.1 billion Meta settlement

The state of Kansas is due to receive a large payout as part of a recent $17.1 billion multi-state settlement with Meta Platforms, Inc. Meta agreed to a $17.1 billion settlement and implement new child safety measures on its social media platforms Facebook and Instagram on Aug. 26.
