Crittenden County authorities say man found dead in Mississippi River ID'd after nearly 40 years
A missing Missouri man who was found dead in the Mississippi River back in 1988 has now been identified nearly 40 years later. According to the Crittenden County Sheriff's Department, the victim was identified as Kevin Eugene Smith.
