Mississippi County man punched by Arkansas State Police trooper is appealing convictions stemming from arrest
A Blytheville man is appealing his misdemeanor convictions stemming from an Aug. 19 arrest during which an Arkansas State Police trooper pulled his hair and punched him and has retained civil rights attorney Ben Crump to represent him.
