Minnesota Power offering help with Cold Weather Rule going into effect
(ABC 6 News) — Minnesota’s Cold Weather Rule officially goes into effect on Thursday, October 1. Under the rule, energy companies are not allowed to disconnect people’s service during the winter months due to inability to pay.
