49ers get rare bit of good injury news on Mike Evans, Trent Williams
The San Francisco 49ers have dealt with multiple receiver injuries this season, with Mike Evans, Ricky Pearsall, De'Zhaun Stribling, and Demarcus Robinson all sidelined. During a game against the Arizona Cardinals, Evans was removed on a cart, adding to the team's injury problems. However, subsequent reporting indicated that the 49ers received better-than-expected news about Evans and another player, Trent Williams, suggesting their injuries may not be as severe as initially feared.
