Michigan Supreme Court rejects permit for Enbridge oil pipeline under Great Lakes

Michigan's highest court blocked a permit for an oil pipeline tunnel planned under the Great Lakes and sent it back for regulators to review. The pipeline is being developed by Enbridge. The court's decision means the project cannot move forward in its current form.
