On the same day that 16 central Massachusetts lawmakers asked Gov. Maura Healey to put an indefinite moratorium on processing commercial drone delivery operator applications, Westborough Special Town Meeting attendees voted 510-13 this week to establish regulations for unmanned aircrafts.
