Maryland sues the owner and manager of the ship that caused the Key Bridge collapse

Maryland sued the owner and manager of the cargo ship Dali in September 2024 over the collapse of Baltimore's Francis Scott Key Bridge, which killed six workers and temporarily closed the port. The state argued the ship was not fit to sail on March 26 and that its owner, Grace Ocean, and manager, Synergy Marine Group, failed to prevent the crash.
