Man nicknamed ‘Monster’ admits to robbing USPS carriers, stealing mail in L.A. area
A Baldwin Park man pleaded guilty Wednesday to robbing two U.S. Postal Service mail carriers, stealing their keys and later using them to access apartment complexes and steal mail, federal prosecutors announced.
