Man critically injured in shooting on Indy's east side
The Indianapolis Metro Police Department is investigating after a man was injured in a shooting early Thursday morning. According to IMPD, just after Midnight, an officer that was responding to a different incident heard shots fired in the area of East 21st street and Ritter Ave.
