Man charged after 18-year-old attacked near Lake Arlington
A man is facing charges after an alleged attack this summer near Lake Arlington on an 18-year-old woman. Jeff Gaspard, 36 and unhoused, was taken into custody Tuesday afternoon and is facing charges of aggravated battery, strangulation and aggravated battery, public way.
