Man accused in 2004 arson death of Savannah Streber now faces federal arson-related charge
A man connected to a fatal arson and murder case from our area has been arrested on an arson warrant in Florida. Timothy Kuhn was accused of setting fire to a home on Yates Street in February 2004, which ultimately killed 8-year-old Savannah Streber.
