Mamdani unveils NYC's $4B plan to fix Brooklyn-Queens Expressway
After decades of delays, the city says it’s finally moving ahead with a major overhaul of the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway. The plan targets the crumbling structure between Atlantic Avenue and Sands Street, which is the only portion of the highway owned by the city.
