Luigi Mangione’s state murder trial postponed

Luigi Mangione pleaded guilty in federal court to killing UnitedHealthcare CEO Brian Thompson. He was also facing a separate state murder trial, but his lawyers are now arguing he cannot be tried twice for the same killing. As a result, his state trial has been postponed while the court considers this legal challenge.
