Pro-Ukraine governing coalition wins 35% in Latvian election
Latvia held a parliamentary election on Saturday. Prime Minister Andris Kulbergs's pro-Ukraine party performed better than expected, but his four-party coalition as a whole won 35 percent of the vote. Some of his coalition partners underperformed in the results. Lawmakers began negotiations on Sunday to form a new government.
