Kern County coroner IDs Bakersfield man who was struck, killed by train near Edison Hwy

Kern County law enforcement has identified the man who was struck and killed by a train earlier this week. The Kern County Coroner's Office identified the victim as 61-year-old Henry Raygoza of Bakersfield.
