Kalshi to allow trading on borrowed funds

Kalshi is a prediction market platform where people trade on the outcomes of future events. Kalshi says institutional traders need this borrowing ability, called leverage, to participate meaningfully in longer-term contracts. The request is currently under regulatory review.
