A jury in Sonoma County found former Windsor Mayor Dominic Foppoli liable for sexually assaulting seven women in a civil case. The women alleged he drugged their drinks before assaulting them, and filed a lawsuit in April 2022. The jury awarded the seven women a combined $13 million in damages.
