A Philadelphia rideshare driver named Andy Nunez Vasquez is accused of hitting a man named Ricardo Baptiste with his car in East Norriton, Montgomery County, on September 6, and then leaving the scene without stopping to help or reporting the accident. Baptiste was killed in the crash. Vasquez has been charged in connection with the incident.
